I found myself in the unenviable position of telling someone about whom I cared very deeply, to go if that’s what he had to do. I let him know that it would hurt, but I was quite certain that the sun would still rise in the morning. I do believe that in a relationship, there are ups, downs and hard times that you SHOULD fight through. I also happen to believe that certain things shouldn’t be hard. When two people deal with unnecessary difficulties, they should be able to honestly look at one another, acknowledge that it’s gonna hurt like hell, and part ways. But what do I know?
