今契約書を見ていたところです。
To maintain and service all the air-conditioning units and washer within the Demised Premises during the Term of Tenancy at the Tenant own costs.
Provided always nothing herein shall make it incumbent on the Tenant to compensate for any major replacement or extensive repairs to the air-conditioning units save and except where replacement or repairs are caused by negligence of or misuse by the Tenant, its servants and/or agents or through lack of maintenance. (If provided)
該当するのはここだと思うのですが、最初は「エアコンと洗濯機はテナントの負担でメンテしろ」ということだと思うのですが、次の文がよくわかりません・・・
まあ、負担しろってことなんでしょうね。不服ですが・・・
